Property searches and listings
Our property search is powered by IDX Broker, a third-party MLS listing service. When you use the property search on this site, your search terms and activity may be sent to and processed by IDX Broker (idxbroker.com) in order to return listing results. IDX Broker’s use of this data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Saving a listing to your favorites on this site does not create an account or send data to our servers — favorites are stored only in your own browser (locally on your device) and are not shared with us or any third party.
Contact forms and newsletter signups
When you submit a contact form, agent inquiry, or newsletter signup on this site, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message) so that we or one of our agents can respond to you. We do not sell this information to third parties.
Marketing and lead tracking
This site uses HubSpot to help us manage inquiries and understand how visitors use our site. HubSpot may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and forms submitted, so that our team can follow up appropriately. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies

What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted information to us through a form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
